1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Happy Miracle Tour and Safari, registered in Arusha, Tanzania.
- “Client” or “you” refers to any person or group booking a tour, safari, trek, or service through the Company.
- “Services” includes all safaris, Kilimanjaro treks, beach holidays, day trips, and related travel services offered by the Company.
- “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation made with the Company.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed once the Company receives the required deposit and sends a written confirmation via email.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the trip start date.
- Bookings made within 60 days of the trip start date require full payment at the time of booking.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods specified during the booking process.
3. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices include services as described in the itinerary provided at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, changes in park fees, taxes, or fuel surcharges. Once a booking is confirmed and deposit received, the price is locked.
- Park entrance fees, government taxes, and concession fees are included unless explicitly stated otherwise in the itinerary.
4. What’s Included & Excluded
Each itinerary clearly states what is included and excluded. As a general guideline:
Typically Included
- Accommodation as specified in the itinerary
- Meals as specified (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)
- Professional English-speaking guide
- All park and conservation fees
- Transport in a 4x4 safari vehicle with pop-up roof
- Airport transfers
- Drinking water during game drives
Typically Excluded
- International and domestic flights
- Travel and medical insurance
- Visa fees
- Tips and gratuities
- Personal expenses (laundry, beverages, souvenirs)
- Optional activities not listed in the itinerary
5. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.
6. Changes & Amendments
- By the Client: Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, group size, itinerary) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests must be made in writing.
- By the Company: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, park closures, or safety concerns. We will provide comparable alternatives where possible and notify you as early as feasible.
7. Travel Insurance
All clients are required to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Personal liability
We recommend policies that include coverage for high-altitude trekking if you are climbing Kilimanjaro. Proof of insurance may be required before departure.
8. Health & Safety
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in their chosen activities.
- Please consult your doctor regarding vaccinations, malaria prophylaxis, and any health precautions before travelling to Tanzania.
- Our guides are trained in first aid and carry basic medical kits. However, we cannot be held liable for illness or injury that occurs during tours.
- Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
9. Liability
- Happy Miracle Tour and Safari acts as a tour operator and coordinates services provided by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, camps, etc.). We are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, strikes, or government actions (“force majeure”).
- Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
10. Wildlife & Photography
- Wildlife sightings are natural events and cannot be guaranteed. We make every effort to maximise your experience but specific animal sightings are not promised.
- Clients should follow park regulations and guide instructions at all times. Feeding, approaching, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
- By joining our tours, you grant us permission to use photographs taken during the trip for marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
11. Complaints & Disputes
- If you experience any issues during your trip, please raise them immediately with your guide so we can resolve them on the spot.
- Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the trip end date.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arusha, Tanzania.
12. Passports & Visas
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports (with at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates) and any required visas. We can provide guidance on visa requirements but are not responsible for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Happy Miracle Tour and Safari, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your booking.
